Mr. Shawn Ackerman is a longtime Real Estate Investor with years of experience, knowledge and a servant attitude. Today he deep dives how he runs his businesses virtually!

Mr. Shawn Ackerman grew up in an under served community in the Crown Heights section of Brooklyn, NY. I survived the 80's crack epidemic, in which I gained an intense desire to improve my life's trajectory while transitioning into adolescence and further into adulthood.

Over the years I have learned some key life principles. Some of which are; trading time for money is not a long term nor sustainable path to building wealth. Passive income versus active income is important for maintaining wealth with the possibility of minimal time sacrifice.

He believe his purpose in life is to impart these key principles along with the wealth of knowledge I've obtained of buy and hold real estate investing. He is very excited to share my knowledge to all of those eager to learn, grow and invest in their future.
